Welcome to the breathtaking Dunes of Concón, officially known as Campo Dunar de la Punta de Concón. Nestled between the commune of Concón and the town of Reñaca in the Metropolitan Area of Valparaíso, these dunes offer an unparalleled visual experience. Imagine fine orange sand cascading gently toward the distant blue expanse of the Pacific Ocean on one side, and on the other, surrounded by the glimmering city buildings that resemble toy structures in a child’s sandbox.
These dunes seem to roll through the city until they finally meet the sea, creating a unique and surreal landscape. At this stop, you’ll have free time to climb the dunes, feel the soft sand beneath your feet, and take in the incredible scenery. Whether you’re gazing at the tranquil ocean, marveling at the juxtaposition of nature and urban life, or simply enjoying the peaceful ambiance, the Dunes of Concón promise an unforgettable experience.
Welcome to Viña del Mar, the “Garden City” of Chile. This vibrant coastal city is renowned for its lush parks, elegant architecture, and stunning beaches. During our stop here, you’ll have the opportunity to explore some of its most iconic attractions:
Valparaiso, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Chile’s most captivating cities. As you stroll through its colorful streets, you’ll be immersed in the city’s unique charm and artistic vibe.
Art and Murals: Valparaiso is renowned for its vibrant street art. You’ll discover murals on nearly every corner, each telling a story or expressing the local culture. Be sure to have your camera ready as you explore the open-air museum that the city has become.
Historic Funiculars: Experience a ride on one of Valparaiso’s historic funiculars. These inclined elevators have been transporting residents and visitors up and down the steep hills since the late 19th century. The ride offers not only a practical way to navigate the city’s terrain but also stunning views of the harbor and surrounding hills.
Valparaiso is more than just a city; it’s a sensory experience filled with color, history, and creativity.
